It was a normal morning.
A Sunday morning. Waking up late, doing what we do everytime.
But something happened then. Something we won’t forget.
But you wouldn’t want us to remember that day. You’d want us to forget. And for you I will try.
The sorrow, the pain. It’s in the past now. You’d want us to be happy. And that is what we’ll do.
We’ll laugh, we’ll celebrate, we’ll dance. It doesn’t mean we don’t miss you. It means we still feel your presence with us. We always will.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. ~unknown Author
You did all you could for us. Just to put smiles on our faces. The smiles which still haven’t faded away. But now you’re not here. I won’t ask why you had to leave. But I just wished you’d stayed with us longer. But I think God just wanted your incredible presence with him. I think god was jealous of us, he wanted this awesome individual to be with him now. 🙂
Tomorrow is a special day.
It’s your birthday. And we won’t be sad about it. We’ll smile, and laugh, like all of your birthdays till date. We’ll celebrate, not mourn. We’ll be happy. Not because you left, but because you were born this day. This amazing day.
2nd of December 🙂
Happy Birthday Nanu :’)
Is it dangerous?
Is it lovely?
By definition it is a colour at the end of the spectrum next to orange and opposite violet, as of blood, fire, or rubies.
But really is it just a colour?
What does it represent?
It has a different meaning for different people.
For some, it represents power, courage and valor.
For others, it is just eye catching and used to get people to take some action.
It may represent life and vitality.
And also love and such strong emotions.
Even something as common as a simple colour has a meaning as deep as life itself.
Then every action, every word and each person on this planet is making a difference.
And if those little things did not occur, maybe the lives of many people would’ve been different.
A human being is capable of things even he cannot imagine.
He’s like the colour red.
The world is his rainbow, and is incomplete without him.
Don’t underestimate yourself. Grab some attention. Shine. You’re brighter than the colour red.
Take a line from a song that you love or connect with. Now forget the song, and turn that line into the title or inspiration for your post.
“Don’t listen to a word I say, these screams all sound the same.
Though the truth may vary but, this ship will carry our bodies safe to shore.”
I don’t know why I like this song.
Maybe it’s the tune. It’s just a nice song.
I don’t quite understand this line. But somehow it just suggests, that in the end, after all the difficulties, all the lies, all the hardships we will safely reach wherever we want to be.
Maybe that’s what draws me to this song. Or maybe it’s the optimism, or the fact that it’s a happy song. Or maybe it’s just the really catchy tune. 😉

Write about your strongest memory of heart-pounding belly-twisting nervousness: what caused the adrenaline? Was it justified? How did you respond?
The ‘Inspire me’ button fascinates me.
A new topic every time. 😉
I have no strong memory of heart-pounding, belly-twisting nervousness.
The closest to this would be the mornings before the exams.
Actually no, the ten seconds before the supervisor hands you the question paper.
The moment you look at the first question, if you cant solve that, then everything goes bad.
Or maybe, those dance performances. I’m proud of my dancing skills, but really, that minute when you’re just standing in the wings, the music is about to start, and you know there are a thousand pairs of eyes just waiting for something to happen.
But mostly, in the end, when it’s all over, I do realize that i had nothing to be nervous about.
But, the butterflies in my tummy won’t stop fluttering. Whether the reason is justified or not, the feeling doesn’t stop. 😉

“Alice came to a fork in the road. ‘Which road do I take?’ she asked.
‘Where do you want to go?’ responded the Cheshire Cat.
‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered.
‘Then,’ said the Cat, ‘it doesn’t matter.”
― Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
There always comes this point in our lives when we are stuck between to options.
There is no way of escaping it. You have to pick one option, because suddenly your whole future depends upon this one little choice you make.
You’ve always known that it’ll come to this point. Where there is no way out.
Two paths, and you have to pick one.
Not knowing where it may lead. Not knowing what the future holds.
“We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us.”
― Ken Levine
We keep moving forward, no matter what we chose. Even if the choice wasn’t right, even if the idea going along with it seems crazy. You have to keep moving.
Don’t let every little bump in the road bring you down, there is a long way to go and a lot of problems to face. So face them with a smile, there is no point fretting about it.
The hardest choices in life aren’t between what’s right and what’s wrong but between what’s right and what’s best.”
― Jamie Ford
The choice is yours.
Choose to be free, choose to be loved, choose to stand up for yourself, choose to keep moving forward when times are rough, choose to help others, choose to love, choose to do what you are meant to do, choose to smile, choose to be happy. Because after all, even happiness is a choice and no on can take it away from you. 🙂
People dream of living in Paris.
Paris for them is beauty, glamour, magic, all things life should be.
But every coin has two sides. People forget.
They dream of climbing the Eiffel tower, and looking at the amazing view.
But they don’t dream of standing in the 2-hour long lines just beneath.
They want to walk along the seine, just like some scene in a movie.
But they don’t want to travel in the metros, watching people getting mugged, feeling insecure about themselves.
They want to be free, take long walks, look at the Eiffel at night, yes the scene may be beyond magical, but don’t forget to keep en eye on your belongings, one second they’re there, and the other..poof!
No, i have nothing against Paris, it’s a beautiful place, with it’s tower, and Louvre and many other amazing things.
But no it’s not perfect, it’s not the city people dream it is.
It’s like any other city, a mix of beauty and..well..reality. 🙂
